Marathon Makeover is an amazing 40-week wellness program designed to turn couch potatoes into marathoners.  Hundreds of couch potatoes have transformed themselves into healthier, stronger people using the Marathon Makeover program.  

What sets Marathon Makeover apart from other programs?  Community.  Along the way, you’ll make great friends. We have an entire community dedicated to helping you reach your goals. As you begin to transform your life physically, mentally, and spiritually, the Marathon Makeover community is there to support you each step of the way.
